Best general purpose machineable ceramic. Sturdy rock like
material can be machined with conventional machine shop equipment
then fired to very high hardness. Fabceram F45 is used for high heat
and hardness and is a good electrical insulator.

This is a good water impervious ceramic with excellent
electrical properties and has a temperature rating up to 1100 F.
Machineable by conventional means. Great for feed throughs and an
electrical use where plastics are not dimensionally stable. (Click
