CASTABLE (FORMCERAM)

High heat ceramic cement and mortar. Use this
product to cast shapes to withstand temperatures up to 3000°F.
Makes high heat resistant and heat conductive parts that can be

High heat ceramic potting compound. This is a fine
grain version of the C215. It has the same heat resistance but
can copy finer detail and flow into finer spaces. This has very
good electrical properties and excellent heat conductivity, ten
times greater than organics. C442 can be used in direct contact

Mold maker. This Urethane based material is used
to copy parts to make a mold so that hard ceramics may be cast
into it. The flexible mold can then be pealed off of the part.
This can generate an accurate mold even with undercuts. It can
also be used as a conformal coating and shock resistant potting

Extreme temperature cryo to 3000°F cements are useful for fabrication,
kiln furniture and supports, mortar and especially potting. Ceramics
provide high thermal conductivity and rigidity. |
